1. A Long Line of Women
What happens when we silence our power? What happens when we do it for centuries? ************ James Lewis comes from a long line of women with a dark, repressed history. Each generation has suffered against the evil of the patriarchy, quietly passing the same story down in an ancient book across hundreds of years, like a curse. As a wallflower, James has unknowingly been carrying out the family curse all too well. She’s an expert at staying quiet, especially when she shouldn’t… Like when her mother doesn’t come home for days. Or when the guy her sister idolizes torments her when no one’s around. And even when it escalates, because her sister is the only good thing in her life. Until her sister begins to grow further away, and closer to her darkest secret. With only her mental anguish to keep her company, James gravitates towards another outsider and unexpectedly finds one more thing that is truly good. But when warning signs appear in her sister’s new relationship, James' worst secret starts to threaten more than just her psyche. And when she's given an ancient book she refuses to read, a cascade of horrible events ensues. As the only good things in her life begin to unravel, James must decide whether to finally speak up against evil in a world that demands her silence—not realizing how deep the choice itself goes, nor how much is on the line this time. Her family, her first love, and the safety of women everywhere.
2. The Angels Were Growling
First they stole women’s power, then they stole their freedom, then they stole their lives. But in a war this horrifying, sometimes the only way out is just as dark. ************ When James Lewis moved across the country, she thought she was leaving her past and the devastating choice she made behind. A choice that claimed the ones she loved most. But her cursed past, one that goes back centuries, has only led her to an unfathomable future: a global war against women where James is living in a real-life nightmare, plagued by her mistake. Women everywhere are under the ownership and control of men, sold, abused and silenced with no rights to stop it. And the war is only escalating, with more and more women killed by the day. With the situation growing dire and her own life in danger, James finds herself involved in a quiet scheme to take down the most powerful men, uncovering a strange connection with her missing family book. But both the scheme and her history are more dangerous than James realizes, and they will soon threaten the fate of all men, including one she’s unexpectedly grown to care for. The cursed past has come back to haunt. And it's going to prove as sinister as ever.
3. Womankind
It’s a new world where women have taken over power, determined to create a brighter future. But if you haven’t healed the dark past, it’s bound to cast a shadow. ************ James has a new last name and a seemingly new life. After enduring a gruelling war against women and barely making it out alive, she spends her days working in a rehabilitation facility where the surviving men are kept. They tell her things are different now. That this is the rise of humanity. But when James looks around, all she sees are captive men, wounded women and the same centuries-old curse from her family book that still quietly threatens to destroy them all. Then real-life ghosts from James' past unexpectedly reappear and things turn volatile, with a violent riot breaking out and the men escaping. Forced into hiding as the new world collapses around her, James must reckon with the darkest parts of her history if she has any hope at stopping the course of destruction. And if she wants to end the curse for good, she must discover a long-lost divine power and the key to saving humanity's future, before it's too late.

About Carly Elizabeth
I was named after my late grandmother, who passed away when I was quite young—right along with her voice and her story. I've often wished there was a book that would tell me everything about her and the women who came before.
But even without one, I know enough to know there was trauma there, and that that trauma was not unique and it was not new. That you could look to nearly any of our lineages and find the same. A product of the unnatural system we've been functioning in for centuries—one that perpetuates harm (especially for women) and hinders our ability to thrive.
I believe there is a better way, and that it starts with restoring the power that's been stolen from us for too long. That part of my mission here is to reclaim the lost names, stories and voices of the women who came before me.
I hope to inspire others on their own healing journey as we free ourselves from the patriarchy and move towards higher consciousness, together.
